Delivery / Ordering

COVID-19 UPDATE:  The ongoing challenges presented by the pandemic means that our couriers are still experiencing unprecedented parcel volumes. The majority of our deliveries will arrive on time, however, we have been advised that there may be a 1-2 day delay on some mail and parcel services.

Please be advised we are doing all we can to reduce these delays and would like to thank you for your continued support.

Deliveries

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Signed Sealed Delivered if an order does not arrive. Once you inform us, we will lodge inquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.

We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Specific Delivery Notes

Please ensure you let us know if your gift can be left at the delivery address if no one is available to accept delivery. The more information we have regarding delivery the quicker and easier your gift hamper will be delivered. You can make notes regarding delivery during the checkout process

Hospital Deliveries

Please phone the hospital first to confirm the patient’s name, if they are a public or private patient and if they will be in hospital when the hamper is due to arrive.

Delivery Charges

Australia wide Cost – $14.95

We will endeavour to dispatch your hamper as soon as possible after ordering. Generally we will be able to deliver the next business day to Melbourne Metro (if your order is placed by 12.30pm). We rely on a number of third party couriers, unfortunately we can not guarantee a specific delivery window, however, please refer below for estimated delivery ETAs.

Melbourne Metro – approx 1/2 -1 day

Sydney – approx 1-2 days

Adelaide – approx 2 days

Brisbane -approx 2 days

Perth -approx 3-6 days

Regional cities please allow a couple of days extra.

During busy and peak times please allow a few extra business days for delivery. Regional and Country areas and WA & NT deliveries will take a few days longer.
