When will my order arrive?
Delivery times vary between locations. Please refer to the Delivery page on our website for specific days. If you’re still not sure, feel free to contact us. Keep the estimated delivery times in mind when placing your order to avoid disappointment.
Where do you deliver?
Australia-wide. Unfortunately we do not ship overseas at this stage.
Can I order multiple gifts to be gift boxed together?
Absolutely! Please make a note at check out and we can present them all in the one gift hamper box
My gift has arrived damaged. What should I do?
Contact us straight away and we can arrange a replacement. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for more information.
What is the currency used on the website?
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Do the products include Goods and Services Tax (GST)?
Can I create my own gift hamper using the range of products that I can see on the website, or change what is in the gift hampers?
Absolutely – contact us and we can give you a quote for what you’re after.
Can my gift hamper be delivered on a specific date?
Yes. Specify the date at check out and we will do our best to get it there on that date. Please keep in mind that sometimes delivery times is of our control.
My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
Contact us and we can follow up with the courier to see where it is.
Can I specify a time for delivery?
Unfortunately you cannot specify a time for delivery. Deliveries are made between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
I no longer want to be on your mailing list. How can I unsubscribe?
Simply contact us (specify the email address you would like unsubscribed) and we will make sure that it happens ASAP.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Amex, Mastercard and Visa and bank deposit to ensure that all transactions are completed securely. All credit card payments are made through Payway. For more information please refer to the PayPal and Payway websites.
