Returns and credits
We take great pride in our products, and we hope you’re delighted with your purchase from Signed Sealed Delivered
But if for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied, you can return the items for an exchange or refund within 10 days of purchase. Items must be returned to Signed Sealed Delivered in the original condition, unused, unworn, together with packaging and labels intact. Please email us before dispatching your item.
If your gift has been damaged prior to receipt, we will replace items accordingly or refund the credit card used to the value of the damaged goods. Just repack the item in its original packaging, if possible, and return to sender.

Signed Sealed Delivered will endeavor to supply the exact products ordered, however we reserve the right in some cases, such as non-availability, to provide substitute products that will be of equal or greater value.
Out of stock items / back – orders
From time to time, items will be out of stock. Should this happen, we will be in contact immediately to notify you of this. You will be given the opportunity to cancel your order, choose an alternate product, or back-order your item.
